Compensation structure is better pay well as when there is a requirement. You can learn good domain knowledge being telecom company.

Dislikes

Workload is worst for someone , for someone no work assigned for months. Compensation offers only when there is need, absolutely no job security. India HR is the worst, overall India IDC is the cost centre and no other decision making, Russian management domination, worst work culture, no decision making power for Indian management. Terrible exit process, within day or two exit process they do, absolutely no trustworthy & unprofessional and unreliable HR people and company, even experience people don't have job security. Russian people escalation taken very seriously but we don't have any way to escalate against them. Overall work culture is terrible, experience people must think twice before joining. Learning culture has no value.

...ally my line manager venkata kumar doppalapudi ) doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent for me and career growth is low. More favoritism, more hike will be given by Line managers for whom they like more even though not performing well in the projects. No Motivation, career, professional growth for hard workers like me. Company Job security is also not very good when compared with the past.

Lot of politics in Indian management. Whole top management is Russian, so lot of times Indian employees are not trusted by them and have less opportunity and growth compared to Russian employees. There is no cab service by company, neither do they reimburse cab bills. Only reimburse fuel cost for your travel but that also comes with tax deduction. There are just no office parties or any celebrations Gifts they give on special occasions are very cheap. No yearly bonuses. Their so called quarterly awards involve lot of politics and it's not based on real performance of an employee.
