Working on requirements from clients like IBs, MNCs & Product based company is the only thing anyone would like about Net HR. No any other reason to like this company. If you are lucky, you may get a fine team with a TL which could be only motivation to WFO daily. Management shows no interest in employee attrition rate.

Dislikes

...of the problems are because of the WORST Management. 1. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER 2. They will pay your salary on time because they are hardly paying something. No Salary Evaluation against a professional's skill set or KPIs, in simple words "Employees With or Without Skillsets Are Paid Equally/ Lesser". 3. Lot of partialities even for the ethicless unprofessionals who bring nothing to the table. 4. Their policies do not make sense to anyone in the organization except for themselves. 5. No opportunities for the deservants. 6. Management does not have any interest in growing business with their own input or efforts. 7. Rigid or not open to new suggestions, or to modifying their decades-old hiring strategies. 8. LIMITLESS PRESSURE = MORE PRODUCTIVITY is the only motto they have. 9. WORST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION EVER seen. 10. Late sitting is a daily thing. 11. *PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE ANY pre-joining PROMISES GIVEN BY HR. They never act upon it and nor do they care.* Everyone has faced the same thing (almost 20-30 ex-employees would agree with it). 12. 99% of the people abscond instead of normal resignations (so you can judge how great their work culture is). 13. LIST CAN GO ON & ON. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A STRUCTURED & WELL-ORGANIZED COMPANY. You can join for the big brand names & their hiring requirements, nothing else.
