There is no policy for leave incase or leave carry forward to next year and next. If you have a month 1.5 day leave so you have to utilise leave in the same month otherwise it will left there is no carry forward operations to next month. Company not giving increment after completing one year.

Never releases salary on time, you have to beg for your salary for each month, wanna check, go and join this, and sooner you will know the real truth. Even lata i.e HR head doesn't values your complaint.

...n a third party project and never look back at you if you are doing good or not. The only thing left with you is your job and salary and no social life because there are 1.5 days leave per month and no annual leaves, so in case you need a long holiday even in case of emergency, get your salary deducted. Apart from week off there are no public holidays and no extra pay to work even on National holidays like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jayanti. If you are working from home, no wifi or internet rebate is there, you have to pay on your own. You will be told to work for 9 hrs shift but will be made to work for 12 hours. There is no salary growth.
