Salary comes on time no delay.

Dislikes

There is no policy for leave incase or leave carry forward to next year and next. If you have a month 1.5 day leave so you have to utilise leave in the same month otherwise it will left there is no carry forward operations to next month. Company not giving increment after completing one year.

I was working for a client and as committed by Netconnect they had given me a better opportunity to enhance my skills.

...ect interaction is less. I feel they could have interact with me as their staff. There is no bonus policy.

There is noting for like , they are just dealers who deal for employees for another client companies

...client then this going again and again if client project is ended you are fired false statement during joining and after that send another documents for you have to pay that , you have to do that according to me its a dealers company which hire for clients on commission basis only

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.I have to work 9-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Interview to onboarding process is smooth HR is supportive about onboarding formalities, client interactions Salary is always received on time

No activities or trainings arranged for staff working on client location Appraisals are delayed without any clear communication
