I work nesto hypermarket 3 years the company management very poor.The staff is not supported and the salary is not increased. after i promoted to supervisor 4 months completed the probation period but company not increase my salary to supervisor level they give only staff salary... 🥴

Job insecure and Compensation benefits not upto the level and work life balance is also terrible. Discrimination between employees, Not been recognised our good work and Favouritism, No support from top officials

...have to manage higher responsibility with very low wages, and every year u will be promoted without increasing your salary, company will grow with your efforts but you will get benefits only in words..

They will promote you to the top level by keeping your salary in low level. Interests in promoting you cant see in increasing salary.

If i would like to say dislike of nesto Hypermarket... There is somany firm like this we can't expect settlement amount more than our labour salary.

I like about working at Nesto Hypermarket is that they have vast area in which I have opportunity to work with in and also I gain experience to work in corporate environment.

There is nothing more to dislike in nesto but there is only one thing in working hours which I dislike most there is no fixed working hours
