...omed with current trends and aesthetics hence making a designer’s life easier. Appraisal, salary benefit, health benefits etc are good. Best part is you can come as dressed as you can. Office parties with free Nestasia products are somewhat we employees always wait for.

Almost regular overtime with no compensatory pay Timing is e.g . 9:30 to 6:30 but you cannot leave at 6:30 even if you've completed your work. "Leave at/after 7:00 because it doesn't LOOK nice, seems like you didn't complete your work" In short there's just work and no life. No appreciation. False urgency. Policies very change frequently without any prior notice, be ready to get surprised. You have to work on things you weren't hired for and get warnings if they don't turn out good!

You won't get a salary. I have seen many employees are not getting their salaries. They can't leave because, if they leave, they won't get their pending salary. The employees will not say any wrong thing about the company due to the fear of HR. Employees leave the company within 2 months of joining. You are not allowed to go out of the office at any cost. If you arrive 30mins late to the office, your salary is cut. You have to beg for leaves, even if you have leave balance left. Very very toxic work culture. All the employees who work here have an ambition to leave.

Dislikes

Work culture is toxic and negative with no verbal or incrimantal appreciation. Employees are made to stretch beyond work hours on a regular basis with no compensation.
