There is hardly anything to like if you are a contractual basis employee. You'll face tremendous pressure from day 1. They treat contractual basis employees like labors. No monitory benefit, no job security, no medical benfits, no hope that they will take you on roll. The reporting managers have huge ego problem & will give negative ratings if you say anything, not all but most. Bonus & arears are not credited on time & are delayed by 4-5 months. They keep changing the Consulting firm in between like, Teamlease, Conneqt, Randstad etc. Worst experience.

Dislikes

Everything. If you are going on off roll position, don't plan to stay for more than 6 months. Worst culture only work pressure. You'll be posted to one location, but they might order you to move to another location anytime based on their need. All expenses have to be made from your pocket for company's work & it will be reimbursed after many levels of approval, and it will take months when you finally get. Don't expect any accommodation, allowance or benefits of any type. Only go to this company if you want to lose self-respect, social life, personal life. You'll get frustrated every day.
