I really like this company, but the site management is very poor. If you go to the site office for any personal issue—for example, vehicle, vacation, or emergency hospital visit—they will not provide assistance and are not responsible. Even HR is also very poor.

Nesma trading company have diffrent branches but i work there in that company in technical systems division(t.s.d.) branch and f.m.d branch But f.m.d branch based on maintenance work like electrical palant substation transformer cable pulling &jointing and t.s.d have technical work like BMS firealarms communication work automatic door open sensour system CCTV installation and good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive

Career growth is slow and salary is desent

Only problem with company is vacation will not get on time and if emergency is there then also we can't get on time vacation that was the reason to leave the company.

👍 From my point of view Nesma Good company other than in Saudi Arabia. I lots of learner from Nesma. In Nesma HR people very cooperative and helpful.

About in salary increment. I spent 5.5 years in Nesma. but my increment in 5.5 yrs only 100 increase. That's why I resigned from Nesma.
