Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I am writing to share my experience regarding the lack of respect in the workplace at Peter Gurbani Studio (Neshlee Mtm). It was my mistake to join this company. The boss has displayed arrogant behavior towards me he is consistently exhibit a lack of proper communication skills, often speaking to employees in a disrespectful or unprofessional manner. I have found that the senior staff have not provided the proper training or support necessary to help me integrate into my role. One of the most Worst experience to join this company.
