Active school in terms of activities and games.

Dislikes

Disliking the aspect that there's work exploitation. Salary NEVER on time. 1 teacher has to do 10 roles on job making to painful to balance all. No accountant/ receptionist/ art and music teacher yet. Several teachers left school but no HR appointed yet in all these years. No salary distribution and no PF gets cut. All my certifications and school documents are submitted and they make you sign bond for 5 years zabardasti and work hard with barely any holidays. No half day system here and no paid leaves given.

The School is only good to provide education to the students.

...ble Management and Administration. No coordination between anyone and no ethics. Nobody values anyone, Salaries not paid in time, last month salary will get credited by the end of this month, very irresponsible behaviour towards staff. No fixed timming to leave ... They only want punch in on time then no matter what time you leave. No benefit to the employee only one who get benefitted is the School. Worst Place to work.

...are asked to do all sort of administrative work. Curriculum is at the periphery. Documents are forced to submit their documents without which they don't give appointment order and don't release their salary. Once you submit, the documents aren't released even after an year of resignation. Worst school and management. Mentally tortures the teachers.

Teachers are allowed to use their innovative methods to teach. Cliched methods in the name of ideal methods of teaching-learning are not imposed on teachers.

Dislikes

Gossip mongering should be discouraged. It consumes vital energy and precious time without any positive output.
