No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Not a single thing.

Dislikes

...t don't know how to run a school. There is no concept of work-life balance here. The salary is NEVER on time. It is delayed by 2-3 months! Which is unacceptable. The people at top will always leave you confused about everything. DO NOT join this school. Trust me, if you do, you will regret it.

Nothing to like.they are providing 2-3 time flight ticket from ur native place.

Dislikes

No salary . salary is very very delay,long long working hours.toxic work culture.no holidays.i request to you please don't go in this school.

Only one thing I liked about this school in my working period was that I was safe when I worked there but that doesn't mean working environment is good .I am really disappointed to see that people write fake review even they know the truth

Working environment is pathetic,no planned policy , management never trust employee,I was scolded for the thing that I never did ,I was continuously working under threat of suspension, cordinator are biased and even director will never go into the basic reason ,he will accuse you without proper information
