The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 24 - 30 hours straight in a day as I have to attend company director & manager's calls in the evening and mid night. Manager's not appreciate of my work. Which is a very very pain sometimes.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
