I got to learn new things. Treatment is very good we will learn much more and team work is excellent. Entire team is very helpful and cooperative which will help us to learn work easily in organised manner.

Dislikes

Work load is heavy compared to salary. Staffs are lacking due to which single staff have to do double shift most of the time. During illness also we dont get leave due to lack of staffs.

Nothing good about working at Neotia except it has got variety of patients due to its strategic location which drains parts of bihar, bengal and almost whole of the northeast.

...ey from their patients. Their behaviour towards employees is also inappropriate. If they get another employee for a lesser salary, they won't care about your quality and credentials and make you leave the job.

Pharmacy department is very good for work, and the employee also good and helping staffs. And the most important the boss of the pharmacy department is very helpful and cooperative. salary system is also too good.

This is a good place to start your career, in case you want to be a part of the hospital industry. One gets to learn more about all the departments of a multispeciality hospital also its functionalities.

Dislikes

The only issue I faced initially was the behaviour of staff. Some were friendly and welcoming and some were not across all the departments. I am not trying to scare you but telling my experience. It's all upto you if you know how to communicate and talk politely gradually everyone will start supporting you.
