Biased managers, Favouritism for old useless employees, Long working hous considered as more output, Selling resources to the so called clients like a product, Strict working hours, No approval without leaves, 1 min extra lunch break will extend 1 working hour.

Salary is credited on time. But if you need to relocate, allowance and accommodation is paid very late

Management is not polite. No one calls you if you are outsourced to any client, if they call then it's to humiliate you. No proper accommodation is provided by the company, if needs to relocate for their client. Upto six months they don't provide your accommodation and food allowance. Management abuse you at their best. No appreciation if you are at their client place. Company do not care about their employees, specially if you are outsourced to their client. They take signed cheque from you, to scare you so that you don't leave the company before your contract with them ends. It is a jail, where you suffer but can't leave

Management doesn't care about employees, especially digital marketing department is the worst and employee here don't have freedom of speech and the thing you will experience here is politics and seniors are really insecure.

...t's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Also no maternity leaves here.

Politics , bios , no maternity leave , pathetic payroll team , non supporting pay roll team.. No job security, hardly 2 to 3% hike , not giving notice payment in case of termination Think 10 times before joining
