I had such a terrible experience working with Neosoft. I will never recommend neosoft to anyone in my entire life

There is nothing to like about Neosoft. They asked employees to work on multiple projects and pay only for one project and in the name of increments they put multiple terms and conditions which is unfair and also it is against the employee. They don't even treat their employees well

If you're assigned to a client location, factors like work-life balance, skill development, work satisfaction, and company culture are determined by the client, not Neosoft. In such cases, you have to adhere to the policies and environment of the client company.

Dislikes

A salary hike with a loyalty incentive seems unusual, as it requires employees to return 50% of the hike if they leave within a year. While a minimum commitment of three months might be reasonable, this policy essentially functions like a bond. Additionally, the first month's salary is withheld after resignation and released as full and final settlement three months after the last working day. While holding it for one month may be understandable, a three-month delay feels excessively long

If you are on client site, your salary will be very good and further allowance will also provide.

No job security. No Work life balance. No Professional culture. if your project is complete/terminate then company will terminate you on next day.

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.
