Nothing except salary on time

Dislikes

Management doesn't care about employees, especially digital marketing department is the worst and employee here don't have freedom of speech and the thing you will experience here is politics and seniors are really insecure.

...t's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Also no maternity leaves here.

A salary hike with a loyalty incentive seems unusual, as it requires employees to return 50% of the hike if they leave within a year. While a minimum commitment of three months might be reasonable, this policy essentially functions like a bond. Additionally, the first month's salary is withheld after resignation and released as full and final settlement three months after the last working day. While holding it for one month may be understandable, a three-month delay feels excessively long
