Its Nice to be Part of Neosoft, it has been great experience working here. Here I got work-life balance, Salary is on dot time. Increment process is different than other company but great. Manager are great. Here we get time for other miscellaneous activity also.

Even during Covid worst time, our company never delayed our salary. I always received my salary on time. Even the compensation that we earned were paid to us on time. Thankful to them for understanding what our core needs are.

People get many reasons to criticize any company. Ask me, I am working here from 5 years, not a single thing in this particular.
