Worst company i never seen like this am worked on credit team but there is no support in credit team even sales team compare to credit they r better

...hike on this but this year mangement given us 850rs appraisal.this is cheating . now we left the company now currenly one fresher joined neo grwoth his salary comparing to my salary 50percent higher 😡 now how can the managment give that hike to new fresher ??? even experiance workers nt getting that much salary. neo growth unsecured loan cheating customer to flat rate of intrest but they dnt have to give good salary to employe bulshit worst company i wasted my last one year in neo growth

Work Environment was good, Teammates are supportive Management is not bad, and Company Policy was average, Appraisal are good, but presently I am Jobless due to covid-19 company has been fired

There are lot of policies and the management don't address our issue. Salary is good but career growth was slow.

To be very honest it is the worst company that you can be in, only join if you don't have any job in hand other wise don't join, management is extremely toxic.

everything, no work from home option They will force you to work late night without giving proper compensation and will not recognise your efforts also the increment is next to zero .
