There is nothing which is too be liked in this company. A company which has no vision on what it has to do amazes me sometime.

Dislikes

Pathetic Management, They hire employees on pay cut giving them big false promises of work life balance. Every week they have same profile opening coming into place still the company employee size does not increases, this will give you a fare idea of how is the culture of working here. The lala company where the CEO will stoop down to a level nobody can ever imagined. I have seen incentives of people being cut and saved giving them a lollipop, giving a 2k hike to a person who spends 9 hrs of time onboarding customer without break by stating company is giving best industry standard hike. They know how to exploit a employee mentally and this was my worst ever decision to join this place. Because of this a well known company also has to suffer back lashes.

There is nothing except mental pressure with low salary and no appreciation for your work. Totally Baniya (lala) company. I would recommend not to join this company if you are experienced

Internal politics, Commitment issue from management, Micromanagement, No salary growth, Don't join as a intern they won't promote you even though they would tell you after 3 months but that 3 months be increased till 1 year
