I love the company working nature and environment. I am a part of Neofoods in in accounts & finance team from the past 2 years, I am learning lot of things that I grow up my career life. Wonderful company for a freshers who, learn basic things in intial stages, and very good working environment and supportive management.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Not identified the talent.

Companies HR policies are very third class HR policies I ever seen. Companies structure is good , but working nature is not good. Genral Manager and Production Manager is very third class person they bypass every work like , not follow the SOP of Receip given by R&D Team , Doing bypass work from Raw Material Receiving to still dispatch, Arbitrary work , both the persons is very dangerous to company because they don't have knowledge, they both Taking (reference given by them) Uneducated fellows from North India in Technical Team and edit the (salary Slip and Bank statement) they don't have knowledge of food industry only they know the production only quality work is completely Zero , company doing fake Audit like SMETA audit

Very low job security for staffs. Management is not consistant with their decisions & taking quick decisions on removal staffs even at senior level. No transparency on role & responsibility.
