Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I attracted with the salary and that was the only thing I was enjoying there.

...te at least 2 hours at home every day. There is zero job security at this place. You will get the salary for sure but there will be not time for utilising it as you are not even allowed to take a single leave at all.

They were giving decent amount only,other than that there were not a single thing that I can really appreciate.

Dislikes

1. School environment for children.If I have a child , I would never admit my child in this school . It will be like torture on students. Students are harassed mentally a lot for Scoring good marks. 2. Heartless administration. They don't consider any genuine situation. They treat you like a slave . After joining this school , I started feeling less like a teacher but more like a slave. 3. Dangerous politics and cleverness by colleagues just to be good in eyes of coordinators. 4. Coordinators and admini are not sensible persons. They don't even give their ears to logical talks.
