Man handling is lower due to automation robots, hence safe work environment, average salary and very average career growth,good for a fresher, bad for experienced.

Worst work atmosthere, dirty place, rotational shift, day-night-midnight, almost 3 rotational shift, may affect sleep patterns, cause some health problems, no benefits like esi, pf, until you become a permanent employee, you have to strive work very hard for two years in neem trainee, then they make only permanent, only 15500 salary for 2 years.

Joining letter, ID card, Medical card & uniform they have given after 2months. Transport facilities in only 3routes. Food quality is not good.
