Worst work life balance. Not expert in the Field of corporate Fit-out. For name sake it is PMC. Project Managers are being treated like site supervisors. No job security and no appreciation for good work. For every Delay only Project manager held responsible. Zero team collaboration. Worst vendor management & no timely payment to vendors. Toxic work culture with lots of politics and seniority. Sugar coaters have grt scope here.

Very unruly and harassing company in every direction. Payment issues are there and they usually never clear F&F by showing some context. Vendor payments purposefully they never clear and as a result it comes upon the PM Or local resource of the Projects.

Too much politics at all levels and inter department. No vision for the organization. Senior management is into one upmanship, and saving their own jobs. No team work or coherence between regional offices and HO(Delhi). Too much negativity. No respect for the design/engineering professionals being hired , specially in the Design studio.
