Here in Jamshedpur, work load is less and so Work life balance is good. Salary is on time. Increments are decent.

Skill Development is Not upto the mark. Canteen facility not good. No transportation facility.

...e except systematic work,so for fresher it is not recommended. 2 bonuses yearly. On time salary. So many leaves you get.

Canteen facility is not so good. Difference between promised and actual offer so be careful while negotiations with HR. Appraisal depends on your boss and you get good boss on your luck. Management is only profit oriented so not so many extra activities. No work-life balance. No proper job training provided. Overloaded work. No transport facility.

nothing like, in daman plant just tourcering and abuse word use by manger maruti panire.also hr of the daman plant vikram khatu not support us.

Manager maruti panire mis behavior .use abuse word sometimes he caught the shoulder and say i hit you.also the hr vikar khatu not support to us.always make foolis the employes.sometimes we have to done duty 12 hour insted of 8:30 hrs in free for company. incriment level is very low.never join this company.in my 1year 8 months career in this company i saw many supervisor left company in 3 to 4 months due to harassments of manger. Nobody stay there of harassments by maruti panire .in daman plant

Nothing they have only politics to serve especially lucknow location plant , I suggest to stay away production manager ,purchase manager of plant do not want any other employee to serve or work peacefully and proper manner they always want to push other employees

Lucknow location plant worst plant you should not take job at nelson lucknow location no Hr is available and production amd purchase manager harassed other dept. Employee continuously
