It was far better few years back , but with new people entrance in the management , the work culture sucks , every day new plans and new experimental strategies are prepared and expectation are set on a high note .

the work culture sucks , no work life balance , no job security . We have even seen salary deductions , Hell lot of micromanagement , they treat employees only like machines .

... 3. Work is repetitive and does not provide opportunities to learn and grow. 4. Salary increments are delayed by 6-10 months, leaving employees demotivated. 5. Frequent layoffs create a stressful and insecure work environment. 6. Management lacks clear communication and provides no support to employees. 7. No focus on employee well-being or career advancement. Hard work often goes unrecognised.

Big List - No Actual Work, Just updating PPTs - Big Pressure of doing things when you dont know what to do - No Neil Patel - Just fooling client and taking bullets for management -Handling 7-8 Account at a time - Cant do experiment / new things - no industry update

- Too much politics and favoritism by middle and senior management - They only appreciate ' Yes Man' in the company - You cannot question any ideas - Micromanagement by team leads - No guidance or learning opportunity provided - Too much work pressure most of the time - Client is always right policy followed, no support from the company to its own employees
