Salary structure is excellent especially for DYOs. One gets 5400 GP at level 10 at the start of joining itself. Apart from October to March low to moderate workload in other months.

The organization is have work environment and career adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of A team that innovation reliable. As a result . I get to Traning to another department. Anothers puls point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. And work happily on collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

There is literally nothing to like.

Dislikes

Though this is an autonomous government organisation, it is basically treated like a political wing of the ruling party. Impractical and useless campaigns are thrust on the volunteers and youth clubs in the name of free and unpaid volunteerism. Youth are just treated as vote banks. No concern or expenditure for youth welfare as needed in the 21st century.

I like the way the youth come forward to empower themselves with several activities. I was given a assignment for starting up a project for the women. I also got an opportunity to form a youth club and as they are getting empowered.
