This is a very good platform for learning for freshers and also execute the work properly. Very good environment. Colleagues are also cooperative and supportive.

...a learner or fresher then it is good. For mid aged workers it will not for them. Salary structure and benefits are quite low.

Likes

Everyone works as a family. They did helped many staffs during Covid Period too. Started really well in beginning but lost everything after covid due to some unnecessary management decision which cost them to move out of race in local area. Small nursing homes are making money with proper support towards locality.

Dislikes

Consistency! after 5 years with all the hard work hospital started earning names in the local area also given everything in the covid period suddenly after covid when they needed to upgrade the services, they decided to change the team who supported through out those years. It's is very easy to break everything but it takes huge efforts and dedication to build something that too in a sector like health care.

Likes

At ICU/CCU you can enjoy the company of a great team consists of nurses, brothers, technicians and support stuffs. As I am doing job as residential medical officer which is paid on hourly basis (which at party with standard Pvt. Hospitals), I can say it can help new doctors to get good basic knowledge of intensive care. Management doesn't put much pressure on us.

Dislikes

Career growth is almost nil if you are simple MBBS as the hospital doesn't give any opportunity for any academic courses.
