Senior's are not a corporate employee. They are politician. They always play politics. Junior's who had nature of buttering their senior's always be comfortable and servived. Bhut honest hard working person who keep mind always their business. They can't survive.

No job security.. pathetic environment..seniors using abusive language..No support from team management.. Company policities are very poor... They don't give sufficient hike to employees..Asm and RSM generally using abusive language with their PSRs on daily basis..

The company culture is very poor, the people management is very week. No one knows that how to control to the management. Even the MD of the company doesn't know anything, he is puppet of the HR head. Even you don't be join in Ghaziabad HQ bcs the MD's Mama has CFA in ghaziabad and He considers himself the owner of the company.
