As a fresher, they could have good learning.

Salary was not upto the pressure that was handled or upto the work that was extracted. Employees need to have work life balance which the middle level mangers have to understand.(No overtime allowance or night allowance according to org policy) Concerns like these which are raised should be considered so the attrition can be minimized.

Hi iam Glad to talk about the company i worked . Job security is average , talking about the work culture is excellent but shift concerns is there which is to be changed. Management is a developing , Company policies are great ....
