If you are a fresher, then it's a very good company for you to learn since you will be learning with escalations and your manager's scolding because you will not be provided with any KT. Also, you have a lot of growth opportunities if you become a lapdog, the talent here counts on the basis of your ability to please your manager. There is a job security because no one really wish to enter this organization, and they cannot fire you.

Dislikes

... the company policies are bound to change from bay to bay or manager to manager. They will be willing to increase your scope of work but would not be willing to increase your salary and if you ask them then they will treat you as someone who did some kind of treasury. There is strict WFO but if they want you then even if you are sick and they have no one to work they will give you WFH very easily but if you require because of your illness then they won't be giving it to you, double standard huh? The middle management sucks, a lot of people have left the project, but the upper management doesn't give a damn as the middle management is licking their boots for the past 10 years.

Neeyamo has the potential to transform a lump of coal into a diamond, but it requires you to sacrifice your personal time. It’s an excellent place for freshers to start their careers. -Skill Development - Personality Development - Confidence Building -Pressure Resilience -Excellent Exposure -Multiple Projects to gain Valuable Experience -Year Round Entertainment Events During the pandemic, the company rehired former employees who were unemployed ensuring every home had food and no one suffered due to unemployment. A commendable initiative!

Dislikes

There were significant drawbacks as well. - No Work Life Balance - Very Low Salary Despite the company’s good intentions, some detrimental individuals in high positions create a toxic work culture. While the leadership team is smart, kind and capable of recognising talent, the combination of low salaries and long working hours leaves employees demotivated and hampers their productivity.

Excellent platform to learn. Extreme learning opportunities if taken up at the right time and approached right people. Definitely would recommend to join and grow with Neeyamo.

...or which comes into consideration after a certain point which is not satisfying.As per the work and the amount of responsibilities one takes up in the due course does not match the salary. For people who perform below average I think for them this point won’t be applicable.

...k in this community. You'll be mistreated even though you work for your ability. Never give any compensation or try hard to avoid the salary hike or revision for the employees

Dislikes

Salary was not upto the pressure that was handled or upto the work that was extracted. Employees need to have work life balance which the middle level mangers have to understand.(No overtime allowance or night allowance according to org policy) Concerns like these which are raised should be considered so the attrition can be minimized.
