...regarding lens and management. No one will help you when you faced difficulties. Worst salary part they will tell a candidate that you will get your salary from 7th to 10th every month. But from the very first month you will get the salary on 13th to 16th but you have to asked or call your RM HR like a beggar. One person sitting in the top name Somnath don't know anything but attitude like Ambani. Suggestion please don't step in this company. Very very poor experience. Searching for another job.

Working experience in Neetrya - A Eye Care Pvt Ltd is quite satisfied and interesting. Career growth is also good. I must say that the co founder and director is very friendly and cooperative. And last but not the least my reporting manager Pradip sir is very polite and professional. He is always guide like a mentor. I'm so much happy that I have become a part of Neetrya family.

The work environment, junior senior relations are great here. There are ample of opportunities to learn. The company owners are highly professional and everything is run quite systematically. I am able to maintain my work life balance quite easily here and thoroughly enjoy my work.

Dislikes

As such there is nothing to dislike about the company and I am quite satisfied here.
