सुरक्षा के साथ साथ अनुशासन जो कि बहुत ही उच्चस्तरीय है वो मुझे कंपनी से अभी तक जोड़े रखें है। सभी उच्चाधिकारियों का भरपूर सहयोग रहता है किसी को कार्यशैली सिखाने में। मुझे यहां एक अच्छी training के साथ एक अच्छा वातावरण मिला जिससे मेरी कार्य प्रगति तीव्र हो गई। यहां किसी भी काम के लिए pressure नहीं दी जाती फिर भी हम सब अपने अपने कार्य को हर्षोल्लास के साथ करते हैं। NSSI में team भावना उत्कृष्ट है। यहां कि खाद्य व्यंजन स्वादिष्ट और पौष्टिक है। सबसे खास बात ये है कि यहां के उच्चाधिकारियों का व्यवहार हमारे प्रति बहुत ही उत्तम है।।

Dislikes

यहां पर नापसंद करने के लिए कुछ है ही नहीं। बहुत सारे कर्मचारियों को ऐसा लगता है कि कंपनी 12 घंटे extra लें रही है लेकिन ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है,12 घंटे के बदले दो Saturday off रहता है।

Likes

Overall good company . Good amenities like transport,good food , medical, extra bonus on festival etc .Duty timings is very good according to self working style . Can do 9am to 6 pm every day engineer to plant head level. Management never force to over stay . Safety & 5s is top most priority of this company.

Dislikes

Nothing . Need some improvement points like staff attraintion rate need to reduce . A company can grows by good employees & there sustainability of job.

Likes

There is a good culture in the start but from the 4-5 year it is start decreasing in terms of Job security there is lot of politics inside .Ther are lot of perks available but you need to keep your self respect aside if you want to work here.

Dislikes

Behaviour of the Management is not good .They will treat you as the ant if you have made any small mistake.Basically a Hitler type attitude
