The Company's management lacks knowledge and respect towards employees. They frequently plan to hire and fire employees based on investment strategies. The business heads lacks proper education, often hiring people from their previous companies and exerting control. Even the HR department supports these practices. Working here feels futile, as there is no clear stategy for growth and development. Even if you perform well it's of no use. They come up with excuses about your supposed lack of performance and pressure you to resign.

Overall, Neemans is a good place to gain your experience and sharpen your skills, Good environment and working culture. Leaders and mentors are very supportive and friendly.

Full of politics. They will hire people from MNC saying that it’s international process. Later on you have to work for domestic process. Be careful guys, don’t ruin your carrier by switching job over here. Fake promise about appraisal, week offs and overtime.

Skilled or No skilled no issues. The company gives chance to show our talent. CEO and COO always mentor us. Policies still developing day by day. It's a startup show later going to be rocking Newman's soon in the corporate world.
