my working experience in neelkanth group was amazing. i have learnt lot of things there with my senior and colleague.they supported me in every situation.my work environment was hassle free.but i din't see my career at a good height.but it was good to be a part of neelkanth group.

sometimes they underestimate my suggestions.even when i work hard they din't praise my hard work.

No support from management , no safety ,no security, you need to follow policy but employer is not following any policy . Even after exit job you need to pray many time for your experiance latter and full and final .

Can't say anything about all group.. have worked in neel salt and it's one of the best companies and management, u will be working with if u can get a chance to work here.. Overall Excellent atmosphere..

Nothing to dislike about the company, But As usual some back biters are always at ur back..

The company is open for taking expirience and experimenting new ideas about work. You are free to work over time.

Dislikes

Management poor. Decision making poor. Administrative staff not up to mark. Poor company culture. Forget about growth.
