Worst company ever. The previous management system was good. But now after changing the management ,they are very unprofessional . Even they are very pathetic for freshers .They will offer you big packages . After rejecting all other mnc's offer and all , when you were ready to join them , then they did not give you proper joining and keep you waiting. they are totally fraud. Don't risk your career by joining this company. As security bond they will ask for signed cheque , which is un ethical. You might fall into debt trap . If you have any other offer in your hand , please go there.

Work Life Balance - Sometimes but has improved now. Old Project - Sometimes you are stick to one project for long.

...lways understood and was supported in all ways. Office culture is quite good. The pay lot of attention to help an individual grow and give them chance to take up various tasks and responsibilities. Flexible timings Office location is good (you will always get a vehicle to reach any destination across Mumbai)

- No employee benefit programs are available - No bonuses or overtime is paid - Are made to work on weekends and comp offs are given which needs to be utilised within a month - Too much of expectations - No benefits other than mediclaim

You will not have any mental pressure if you are software developer bcz they dont have any projects so they outsourse you to another company for sales or support work with 0% software development totally different what you hired for.

Everything, toxic and political HR group only thinks about self and some of their favourite employees company totally runs on HR the complete management is HR which are doing WFH WFH policies only applied to Hr not on other employees bcz they made the policies which favour's only them
