The team was very helpful to grow in terms of work, produced quality products, I learnt the procedure of import materials and communicated with import vendors for on time delivers. I never missed up the any shipment schedules. Max time was spent in office/local vendor site for materials to meet production schedules.

...tunately the management has changed and they didn't trust on existing employees.they were not increasing salary also.

1.no good infrastructure 2.no career growth 3.not retain there employees 4.mainly depend on there subsidiary company (like salaries, vendor payments etc.,) 5.no leaves for fresh employee ( leaves will allocate after 6mts) 6.no training for freshers 6.internal politics 7.less number of people have low-skill( because of this no support for that employees) 8.salaries are not paid in time ( 7th of every month) 9.instead of doing daily works they are doing last month works or year works 10.no job security
