they are giving work pressure everyday and extending our till 08:30 PM.

Dislikes

... are not having more requirements and expecting more closures like 3-4 closures. if you are not able to achieve the target, no salary is there. That's why i hate this company. I don't want stay in this company and they are making everyone bluffing in the market and giving fake promises.

It is a very worst company i've ever seen.

Dislikes

They are paying less salary for freshers 12K and giving 17K for experienced. they are telling daily 20 profile access and 6 submissions are mandatory, without 6 submission they will mark half day.

Work Culture is very bad.

Dislikes

They are torturing everyday and without 6 submissions can't logout. or else extend login time. This irritable for me and i can't tolerate it. I've also family and they're not allowing me to do this job. I am about to leave this company and i telling every job seeker never try in this company and don't spoil your future here.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
