The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. The company has approved by USFDA. Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours in a day (month closing time only).

...nything in the favor of employees even all employees forces to fill there leave. Company also not pay any relaxation to those Employees who come from the contaminated jone or belonging to the restricted area in which movement of persons is prohibited.

No favor for employees and no increment and other opportunities for employees

1) Work life balance was there. 2) Timings :- 9:30 - 6:00 Under his (Boss) guidance I didn't feel any pressure becuase, he knows how to handle the work. I had a great time working with him, and I hope everyone has a manager like him. Other staff are also good. Ratings : Even stars are less for him (Boss) - Mr. Yogesh Mittal (Dep. Manager) **OUTSTANDING**

Honestly,.i spent one year as a GET. The atmosphere is average & Salary is very low for BE student.. I have seen,..the illiterate person get more Salary than a BE student.. There are too many things thats really really disappointing...they take labour work from graduate person in the name of apprentice..in very low salary,... Really really disappointing... There are lots of things..which can't possible here to explain...but i wouldn't recommend any body to come here.. Take your decision wisely. All the best for your future.

... company otherwise there are no annual increments in nectar for last five years. Employees are working at same salary for last many years.

No increments in nectar for last five years. No promotions. Man power is also not skilled. Salaries are low Mostly they do manipulation regarding product quality. They mostly hired freshers in some departments considering low salaries. These freshers also run away from nectar within few months.
