...e internship, you will get to learn a lot about your work and company's culture. But don't expect for regular salary and promotion. It becomes 5 month of resignation from the job, still not receive last 3 month's salary. After contacting the authorities to ask about the salary, no response from them.

Dislikes

1) Irregular salary. people receive salary after 6-7 months of 2-3 month. 2) No response when you ask for the salary due. 3) No response from company authorities when you are in a critical situation at site. 4) No medical facilities available at construction site. 5) Sometimes you will be cry for the food also where they mentioned they will provide you the food and staying facilities.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive as well. company policies are good appraisal are fair and they good salary hike but no bonus...

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I liked the company for various reasons like it's work culture, opportunities for growth, the impact of the work and chance to work with their cutting edge technology.

Tremendous high pressure situation and demanding work hours.

No I don't like beacouse it company have not any responsible person for employees accommodation etc.

Beacouse I join this company from 14th September but company can't provide sufficient accommodation today as per commitment when we discuss about it briefly before joining that time they were accepted and discuss as per working period 9.00 am to 5.30 pm but this time not same... This company have not fix timings they were only commitment.

Neccon power is Company where the Senior or managing team are from Rajasthan & this is enough qualification to achieve managing position who are not even graduate, & showing there efficiency & capability there are not educated but still there are senior.
