The compensation structure is well-balanced. This ensured a good salary after having performed consistently. The hikes are quite decent in all seniority bands. In this kind of workplace culture, it does not feel that there is any kind of bias.

I can say that the office has a traditional touch to it since everyone is required to pay attention to rules bureaucratically but at the same time there is a lot of flexibility also which ensures a work-life balance.
