Salary initially offered was good and most of the candidates fall for it and WFH

No growth in technical knowledge. No job security as managers are busy playing politics in saving their own jobs. Inefficient managers who thinks manager job is to force subordinate to work and showcase to higher management as their achievement . Clients are not much valued here. Managers are selfish and worthless. Ineffie Managers are creating NEC worst place to work.

...hallenge. I realized this soon after I had many offers in hand after graduation. I was able to get a competitive compensation. Those who are new i n the IT industry, Like me, will get good growth opportunities as the appraisal system is performance driven.

I have to attend meetings that are unnecessary which consumes a lot of time.

Everything is good about NEC wrt Management, Salary, Work life balance etc

The worst part is that they don't have much technical projects. Therefore its definitely a disk if your project is going to end soon or you are in bench.

For me, everything except salary and employee' skill level is good here. Only few tech leads have good skills, but most of the people are just here because of experience.

Salary is far less than standards.
