I can say that the office has a traditional touch to it since everyone is required to pay attention to rules bureaucratically but at the same time there is a lot of flexibility also which ensure a work-life balance.

The worst part is that they don't have much technical projects. Therefore its definitely a disk if your project is going to end soon or you are in bench.
