I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

What skilled professionals in the IT sector hate most is being put on support projects that require them to just troubleshoot. But, I was put on development projects in NEC India where I was involved in creating and enhancing software applications.

To be honest nothing to dislike about, other than salary but I think this might be happening in several other companies as well, that the new people coming onboard who has the same amount of experience are getting much higher salary(as per market standards) than you being a loyal employee for so many years now

No growth in technical knowledge. No job security as managers are busy playing politics in saving their own jobs. Inefficient managers who thinks manager job is to force subordinate to work and showcase to higher management as their achievement . Clients are not much valued here. Managers are selfish and worthless. Ineffie Managers are creating NEC worst place to work.
