Manager and colleagues were very friendly and the working atmosphere also good. You will get the benefits such as Medical insurance, PF, performance bonus on every year. In this covid outbreak the management is so good, they are helping every employee with what they can.

Dislikes

Most of the people joined here will not last long more than three years due to less increment in salary especially for freshers. I joined here as a fresher 2.5 years before and currently I got only 19% increment with initial salary when I joined.

Compensation and benefits. Also we get the work according to the business requirement. And we have to work on any given technology, regardless of our interest in that techstack.
