1. Good platform for initial technical knowledge 2. R&D Director is very enthusiastic and very humble for sharing knowledge. His behaviour with everyone is polite and professional 3. Finance Director is straight forward and adopts advise very well. He gives his valuable suggestion for completion of any work and also supports for what is right for employees. 4. Product trainer is great. He is having good knowledge of product as well as marketing. A lot to learn from him. 5. Products are best as per their pricing and target market.

...he policies, system and pattern of working. Their decision changes every minute. Deduction / Holding Salary and incentive to Sales staff is common. 4. One of the director commits position and increment at the time of interview to good candidate. But later on, he plays dirty game of politics and hiring more expensive person over qualified one. (Jo Qualified aur deserving hai usko upper position par nahi layenge, usko increment nahi denge). He never does what he commits to employees. 5. "Blood is thicker than Water." is the perfect sentence for this company. 6. When you are making system, MIS, New policies and doing all their work then you are their favourite. But after work is done, you are nothing to them. 7. Extensive travelling to Domestic conferences are the worst part. We tend to work for much long hours while being in conference (Without breakfast, without lunch).

Dislikes

Nebua Surgical is a very good company, it has a different design in its product, its Nulling Paltin and Spine Orthoscopy is very good.
