The company is very open to try new things and readily adopts new technology. The team is highly reliable and all my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we worked happily in collaborations. The company does not differentiate on the basis of your position in the company, everyone is treated equally. They founders truly stand by their beliefs. It is great fun to work here!

This was a great company 4 years back. After hiring of some irresponsible Idiots and up-move of many foot-lickers the company is going downtrend and isn't able to handle their expenses. Ideally company is in debt. Guys don't get shock if you are kicked any fine day.

No respect, Ownership is completely nill and they accuse you without your fault. Company performance is degrading. If you join, Expect yourself to work with dumb & arrogant people. Upper management totally sucks. They will let you clear the shit / mess which they have created in last 7-8 years.

Well the management doesn't clear the changes happening to the employees. Ended up closing the blore office in one short and majority of us were aksed to leave. Overall place was good and work culture was great.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
