Extremely unprofessional and lack ethics and integrity. They blatantly breach contracts and renege on their commitment to pay salaries, rent, vendors, etc. Promoter mindset changes frequently, thereby lacking depth in business strategy. No job security as they can force employees to resign anytime by blocking salaries and possibly asking them to resign back dated. They don't have an office set up as well. Lack the dynamics of running a business and being agile in the modern world. Even the CEO is like a rubberstamp and the Company is filled with yes-men to the promoter.

If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
