The company started with an intention of setting up producer institutions and did a fairly good job for some years. However a change in management 2-3 years back took the trajectory of the company on a different path. The entire culture changed and self centered management with individual interests led the company on a different path. Today it is sad to state that this organization just promotes toxic work culture. It is an extremely sad place to work today. Should be avoided.

Friendly employees, busy yet take time to teach and guide you. One thing- All employees are very rooted and commited to the values of NDDB which is very important since it's a service sector working towards the development of farmers. All of them seem to love their job and shows the overall culture of the organisation

Of the few days i interned, to be honest I don't have any negative experience to share

NDDB all staff members are very helpful to eachother and do them best all time. NDDB organise many events , make celebrate all festivals so nicely managed.. One of the best ever servicing provide for all staff members.👌

No I don't think so any of one staff think dislike to do the job in NDDB.
