Well a lot of things to say here. - Firstly they don’t have projects - Mostly support work is done here - Singapore administration decide everything - If you are experienced, you will loose a lot of your knowledge - Office timings Morning 6 AM to 3 PM - They are calling employees at 6 AM in the morning there is no food facilities available in the office till 8 AM - Outside shops will also open at 8 AM - Politics at small level - they don’t value skilled employees - They are running the business in India just to save the money - Office culture is terrible - only known one gets the salary hike - a lot of groups culture is here based on language and area you are from - If you are in at peak of job need then also don’t join

Nothing as such - Only offers Singapore office trip who lic manager And it’s not a good trip it is hell they in Singapore they ask to work night job support deployment - double check before joining don’t rush for money honestly speaking think of a life

...work environment lacks a healthy balance between professional and personal life. - While the salary is comparatively higher than other organizations, it remains average considering the workload expected. - Promotions and appraisals seem to favor those in good terms with managers; instances exist where individuals received raises solely based on shared city or language. - The pressure to work beyond regular hours is an ongoing expectation. - Opportunities for learning and development are scarce, and management takes no action to address this deficiency or foster innovation.

...tion Very less project Hiring n firing They just play games with employees...don't release employee if he's got offer n then fire them if they don't hve offer They make issue of nothing n make you pay. Cheap tricks everywhere

You will be working on some good cutting-edge tech. Work-life balance is okay.

...Rude, especially the people who manage the offshore team. Lack of good policies. No hike or very less hike. No flexibility in terms of hours. Very rigid with the hybrid model. They don't listen to what employees want.
