Nothing is there to like. No future plan no strategy,Only head count is getting filled to show at Singapore management. Non HR background people are coming from out side and get promoted here as HR manager. Who even don't know the H of hr

No promotion No salary hike Only buttering if you do to your manager then only you will be a good team member

Nothing as such - Only offers Singapore office trip who lic manager And it’s not a good trip it is hell they in Singapore they ask to work night job support deployment - double check before joining don’t rush for money honestly speaking think of a life

...tion Very less project Hiring n firing They just play games with employees...don't release employee if he's got offer n then fire them if they don't hve offer They make issue of nothing n make you pay. Cheap tricks everywhere

You will be working on some good cutting-edge tech. Work-life balance is okay.

...Rude, especially the people who manage the offshore team. Lack of good policies. No hike or very less hike. No flexibility in terms of hours. Very rigid with the hybrid model. They don't listen to what employees want.
